| Summary |
The queen and I: Film-maker Nahid Persson Sarvestani is a former revolutionary against the reign of the Shah of Iran, who was later forced into exile during the subsequent reign of Ayatollah Khomeini. Thirty years later, she approaches the former queen of Iran and the shah's widow, Queen Farah Pahlavi, to film interviews. Although ideologically opposed to each other, both women have become political refugees from their beloved country, and as they share their vastly different experiences, they form an unlikely friendship. |

Cyanosis: Talented and tortured artist Jamshid Aminfar displays his boldly emotional paintings on the streets of Tehran and is constantly harassed by police and members of the public who denounce his work. Film-maker Rokhsareh Ghaemmaghani intermingles live interviews with haunting, impressionistic animations that reveal his inner world of painful memories, strange nightmares, and dreams of new beginnings. |
