| Summary |
This report provides a review of recent research and evaluation studies in the employment and training area. The report has several objectives. First, it provides policy makers, government officials, researchers, and others with an interest in employment and training a summary of the major findings from recent studies. Second, when warranted, it suggests the implications of the studies for program and policy development. Finally, the report suggests areas where additional research and evaluation would be helpful to help formulate and improve policies and programs. |
