This paper touches on several aspects of landfill gas (LFG) projects in South Korea. Two case studies have been drawn from the Climate Technology Partnership (CTP) to provide concrete examples of lessons learned and offer practical guidance for future LFG projects both in Korea and around the world. The main objective of the paper is to describe the circumstances surrounding the Ulsan and Cheong ju LFG projects and then elaborate on the findings.
