Summary
Spider-Man takes on the Crime Master, who has stepped in to replace the Goblin as the head of New York City's underworld; meanwhile, Robbie Robertson gets in over his head when he acts on his curiosity about Doctor Otto Octavius's work in a government lab on Ellis Island that has ties to Europe.
