The original edition of this book was published under the title R.O.O.M.B.O.O.K. in 1997 by Probono Publishing, Stockholm. The concept was based on the design philosophy of Hans Axelsson and Klas Litzen, founders of the R.O.O.M. shops; and the work of Lars and Ulla Walles, textile designers and interior decorators.
