Summary |
Queer nonbinary teen Amparo, from Queens, New York, makes a deal with a talking cat in order to become a better person, with the hopes of finally being able to date Iolanthe, a cute, straight-A student at school. However, the cat steals Amparo's body and leaves Amparo, stuck in the body of the cat, in a dangerous place called the Bright World, that's full of monsters and feeds on memories. As Amparo tries to escape, Iolanthe suspects something and consults a medium from the lesbian mafia to get answers. |
