Summary
Mama Bear takes her ill-mannered family in hand with the Bear family politeness plan. The cubs soon learn that politeness can come naturally, but for Papa Bear the lesson takes a little longer. Then Brother and Sister learn that breaking Mama Bear's trust in them is worse than breaking her favorite lamp. When Brother Bear reads a scary story to Sister, she can't fall asleep in the dark. Papa helps sister conquer this common fear by giving her his own childhood night-light and reassuring talk about taking charge of your imagination. Lastly, is there really such a thing as too much birthday? Papa Bear and the cubs discover the answer as Sister celebrates her sixth birthday.
