| Summary |
An intense psychological thriller that finds a NYC policeman obsessed with administering his own form of justice against an admitted cop-killer. The cop is mysteriously confronted by a sociopathic punk who has witnessed his extreme methods of law enforcement. The sociopath, in a twisted form of street morality, engages the officer in a session of paranoid psychotherapy, if only to prove that life on the street can end up preying on those who are employed to ensure its safety. |
