The Denver Citiplex is a technological masterpiece, but is also a living hell for those who have been labelled by computer analysis as potential deviants. In an effort to escape the fate of all such deviant, Eric Stone and his girlfriend, Jessica, manage to reach an underground colony living in the wastelands outside the city.
