"The epistle dedicatorie" is signed Robert Wilmot. From the initials given at the end of each act, it appears that Act II was by Henry Noel, Act IV by Christopher Hatton, and Act V by Wilmot; the authors of Act I (Rod.Staf.) and Act III (G.Al.) have not yet been identified. cf.
