Summary
Charles and Lizzie Peterson love puppies. Their family fosters these young dogs, giving them love and proper care until they can find the perfect forever home. Charles can't stand how Lizzie acts like a know-it-all about dogs. Lizzie is older and thinks Charles should listen to what she says. So when twin Chihuahua puppies need help, it becomes a competition.
