Summary
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Whistleblower Program was created by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act to provide monetary incentives to individuals to report possible violations of the Commodity Exchange Act. This website covers actions whistleblowers should follow to submit a tip, complaint, or referral, and rights of whistleblowers to confidentiality and anti-retaliation protections from employers.
