An online database that contains assertions by non-governmental organizations or persons of failures of effective enforcement of environmental law by Parties to the North American Agreement on Environmental Cooperation (NAAEC). Entries within this public file contain: submission, including any documentary evidence on which the submission may be based; submitter(s) name(s); name of and response by the Party addressed in the submission; notifications made to submitters by the CEC Secretariat; name and citation of the environmental laws in question; and, the final factual record (when made publicly available by Council decision).
Additional arrangements of the Registry of Citizen Submissions are provided for year; country; factual records; active submissions; closed submissions; and, recent SEM updates.
