Summary |
Combining drama and musical theater, this dark fable depicts a factory worker who is gradually losing her eyesight due to a hereditary disease. As she struggles to save money for an operation for her similarly-afflicted son, she finds solace in Hollywood musicals and her fantasies of music and dancing in the drab world she inhabits. |
