The annual free counseling service for the elderly, handicapped and low income group will commence operation Monday, Jan. 30th, at the City National Bank in Pittsburg during banking hours (9 AM-2:30 PM), according to J. D. Haggard, Overall Coordinator of the program sponsored by Crawford County AARP Chapter 646, Edna Dolan, president.
