"The objective of this project is to develop physical activity and nutrition intervention strategies for reducing obesity in Lower Mississippi Delta populations by identifying and critically evaluating existing interventions designed to motivate individuals and/or communities to change eating and physical activity behaviors for optimal weight and health. Evaluations and interventions will target especially high risk-ethnic and socio-economic groups of the region's population."
