A carnival of crime and corruption -- A big six-shooter and a good horse -- I'm shot, sure as hell -- I was acting the fool kid -- As yet they've harmed no good men -- They'd killed every damn one of us -- Buckskin officials in full blast -- Or borrow from some of the men -- Walked into his own trap -- Got drunk often, and stayed drunk long -- Smoke boiled from that gentleman's gun -- A deplorable mistake on both sides -- A dynamite cartridge under the saloon -- Compelled to do some killing -- But such is life in the Far West -- Wants us in the parade.
