Professor Lee, an Asian-born mathematician nearing retirement age, becomes the target of speculation and suspicion when a popular young colleague is murdered by a technology-hating psychopath, and while Lee is innocent of the crime, his guilt over his past behavior to his wife and children leads him to believe an old nemesis has set him up for revenge.
