| Summary |
In light of the high emphasis placed on social skills or soft skills in the context of dual vocational training in Germany, the behavior of young people is currently the focus of educational institutions at the transition from school to work. The social ideas about the behaviors considered necessary for successful training are realized in pre-vocational training courses in the transition sector in a specific pedagogical order, which the present study illuminates ethnographically. |
