"The 'Fitzroy' edition of Jules verne. Edited by I.O. Evans"--Cover. |
|
The Fitzroy edition was originally published by Bernard Hanison, whose offices were on Fitzroy Street, London; they were later published as ARCO Publications before being taken over by MacGibbon and Kee. The series was overseen by I.O. Evans. Ace Books reprinted 10 of the original 63 Fitzroy Series in paperback form. These paperbacks aren't properly part of the series, but do represent a specific edition of Verne's works. |
