This volume brings together, for the first time translated into Spanish, a selection of texts by Ana Mae Barbosa from 1980 to the present. The universe of her work, as well as her pedagogical ideals and practices, have always focused on restoring the voices of those excluded from the system and hegemonic cultural codes through the arts. This selection of her texts aims to disseminate the importance of her contributions to art education and to share her work with educators.
