Medical student Jennifer Hernandez watches a news report about people who travel to foreign countries for medical care. She is shocked when her grandmother is mentioned in the story, and even more shocked to learn about her death. Jennifer travels to the hospital in New Delhi, India in a search for answers, asking Dr. Laurie Montgomery and Dr. Jack Stapleton to come along for help. Soon the trio discovers a horrific plan that is being carried out in every corner of the globe.
